GREAT make-up mate

I had no idea this game even existed - I love all those old digital fighters. I just checked out this video and found it pretty fitting that a mini pet goro makes an appearance (around 1min7) great work sir

Thank you again. Yes, the in jokes were thick in that game, much of it lost because it was never released in an arcade version.

the cool thing about the old arcade games now is that you can download and enjoy using emulators on your pc - and it saves allot of money as well lol! I will def be checking out the Judge Dredd game :D

That's good to know that the good Judge has a second life in the home market. I wonder if the resolution will be good enough to see all the in-jokes the staff planted in the backgrounds . . . .

That grin/frown thing with the lip corners, classic. I saw the new movie and was pleased to see the actor made the same expression a few times. "I am the law!"

Fantastic work!

Very witty! The one element that is missing from the Dredd movie franchise (that, and a discernable plot or character development . . . .)

Fantastic work. I can't imagine how you made all of that. Did you make a face under the visor?

Hi:

The face is a two-piece foam latex prosthetic colored with greasepaint make-up. The body armor was fabricated out of fiberglass. The jacket was just a leather motorcycle jacket our model, Sal Devita had laying around that fit our purpose. Thanks for stopping by to share your thoughts. Take care.

Fascinating. Did you make eyes underneath?

Had this not been a prosthetic make-up, I could have sculpted the eyes. In reality, the eyes were those of the model, Sal Devita.

Hi:

That's very interesting. I've never heard of that character before or that Brian Boland modelled Dredd's looks after him. Thanks for stopping by and sharing that insight. Take care.

Ohhhhh, yeah . . . . What's even sadder is how the video game was shunted to the market's back burner BECAUSE the Williams team was too true to the original spirit of Boland's Dredd and not true enough to the filmed version. The work done by the design team at Williams was truly superb. Poor Sly Stallone . . . . he never could tolerate foam rubber mussing up those Italian good looks of his!
